Calvin Knight is the Founder/Director of Kirabo Canada and a man who is committed to making a difference in this world.
In the last ten years, Calvin has literally touched the lives of thousands. His extensive experience includes being the director and coordinator of volunteer excursions to Ethiopia, Tanzania, and Cuba.
For one year, Calvin volunteered in Uganda, where he created education programs for children living in urban poverty. Although this was his sole purpose for being in Uganda, he also took time to single handedly establish the first ever Kampala Kids Day, which was designed to give Kampala’s poorest a day of fun and learning.
Since then Calvin has designed and implemented a program that both Ugandans and Canadians have said changed their lives – Kirabo Canada’s “The Uganda Experience”.
