Refund Policy
Cancellation of volunteer application more than 90 days before one’s departure date will result in a full refund (minus the $300 deposit).
Cancellation of volunteer application between 30 and 89 days before one’s departure date will result in 1/2 of the fee being refunded.
Cancellation of volunteer application less than 30 days before one’s departure will result in no refund.
If Kirabo Canada Seminars needs to cancel the excursion, a full refund will be provided to the volunteer.
